Growing day spa MassageLuXe in Overland Park is looking for enthusiastic and motivated professional Licensed Massage Therapist, who display a willingness to strive for nothingness less than the extraordinary! We understand that the heart and soul of our spa are our Massage Therapists and, as such, we have very little therapist turnover. Due to a growing client base, we are looking to welcome a few more therapists to our team! We do not expect our therapist to do sales or quotas. Be yourself and enjoy a fun relax environment to prefect your skills.
We do NOT have non-compete and low turnover. No long term contract.
Responsibilities and Duties
Perform consecutive 50-minute hands on quality massage therapy sessions
Supportive and positive working environment
Design specific sessions based on client's individual needs
Promote massage therapy benefits of clients receiving sessions on a regular basis
Create excellent experience for all clients through friendly and helpful attitude
Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and other related areas

Position Requirements
We will assist you through licensing process with city of Overland Park.
Must provide original copy of massage therapy license
Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue massage required
Knowledge of other various modalities preferred, but not required
Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, management and front desk staff
