Job Description
This is a newly created position within our organization. Our business is unique, and we will provide the necessary training. The goal of the position is to free up the owner’s time so that he can work on growing the business.
Note: Credit Check, Background Check, Personality Test, Aptitude Test, is REQUIRED.

We deal with life-saving devices and have no room for error.
Company Information:
We are a distributor and service provider of gas monitors, respirators and chemical protective suits. Most of our customers are manufacturers and municipal agencies (fire departments, water/sewer departments).
The Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Basic Customer Service Work (answering the telephone, sending quotations, processing orders)
Administrative assistant to the owner (helping with projects, training)
Management of the calibration/work schedule for our technicians and customers.
Management of our website, Amazon and social media accounts (announcements, updating products, pricing)
Development of SOP’s for the Company
Service of Gas Monitors at our Lees Summit office and a few local customers
Any and all other customer service responsibilities
The hours are 7:30 am - 4:30 PM Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Minimum Job Requirements:
Business background with a minimum of 2 years of college education
Strong organizational and follow up skills
Working knowledge of QuickBooks & Office Suites
Previous customer service and business experience
