Tech Support Liaison: Enterprise Resource Planning Tech Group is looking for an entry level staffer to support remote working teams. The position is located in downtown Kansas City. Staffer will, however, serve as a go-between for teams working on the same problem from different geographic locations around the world. He/She will document in plain English what the support needs are of each Tech staffer and then locate, in a different geography, another Tech Staffer who can best support those needs.Subsequently, the staffer will continue to be a liaison between the parties after they are both connected and working together. The ability to understand and document complex business processes in simple language is the core competency required. It is important to be a good listener, and to actively and prune a dynamic TO-DO list. Ability to prioritize and to escalate unresolved technical issues to designated staffers for further investigation and resolution is also important.
A college degree and a deep desire to learn how technology companies work are sufficient technical skills for this job.
