Innovate Construction Company is looking to hire an experienced construction/ all around worker to the team. We are looking for someone who can work hard, complete tasks on a deadline, work within a team environment, also have fun doing so. Tools and Transportation a must. I have projects booked through April next year. If your married to your phone, please don't respond. If you do not have experience in construction ie (reading plans, deck building, framing, painting, drywall, tile, laminate flooring boards, siding, trim and finish carpentry, install windows and doors, ect), please do not respond. You do not need to be an expert in all of these areas but have a good working knowledge. We have a number of porches scheduled to build from the ground up. We are busy and sometimes we work on a Saturday to catch up on project's deadlines if needed but rare. Most of the projects are from Olathe, OP, Leawood, Prairie Village, to Lees Summit.
Pay is on Fridays, period. If you are interested then respond to this email with experience, and pay rate requesting. I will respond as fast as possible. There will be a trial period to ensure we are a good fit for you and you are a good fit for us. I am looking to fill a position on a team. Pay is hourly commensurate with experience and expertise.
