o Crew Leaders - $15.50 -$18.50

POSITION REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
⢠Taking Care of the Customer
⢠Taking Care of Each Other
⢠Making Sure the Properties Are Beautiful
⢠You Love Working Outdoors
⢠Ability to perform manual labor in varied weather conditions (including extremes of heat and cold) for prolonged periods of time such as digging, raking, shoveling, tamping, spraying, lifting, watering, hoeing and loading. Position will also work with trees, shrubs, soil, gravel and heavy objects as required to complete projects.
⢠Ability to take and carry out instructions
⢠Good communication and interpersonal skills
⢠Effective problem solving skills
⢠Valid Driver's License
