We are looking for a Full Time Maintenance Tech who will help with all physical operations of a newly acquired community of 350 units in the Impedance area. This position will be a part of a team that will take care of all preventative maintenance for the property such as common areas, ensuring excellent curb appeal, turns and responding to customer service requests.
This poison is located in Independence area close the Bass Pro store.
