Primary Role: Manage and complete jobs according to SERVPRO® processes per work order. Respond to service calls when needed. Set up and establish efficient job flow, coordinate requirements for the job, complete job documentation, perform and supervise production work, and monitor assigned jobs from start to finish. Follow and enforce all safety procedures on the job site. Resolve problems quickly as they arise. Monitor all assigned jobs to ensure customer needs are met. Perform sales and marketing activities, including add-on sales and security checks. Communicate and establish relationships with commercial, insurance, and residential customers. Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas.
Results Expected: Production processes are performed according to SERVPRO® production guidelines. Job documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner. Production costs are maintained at the established rate. Add-on sales are made to customers. Communications to Production Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager or Owner, as appropriate, and customer are timely. Jobs are completed, either meeting or exceeding customer expectations. Vehicles, equipment, and facilities remain clean and orderly.

a. Monitor, communicate, and respond to customer needs.
2. Production: Production Crew and Job Management
a. Adhere to 1-4-8 job response.
b. Oversee job site management.
c. Perform production processes as scheduled.
d. Supervise production technicians.
e. Manage job file documentation.
f. Coach and train production technicians.
3. Production: Jobsite/Employee Appearance
a. Make sure jobsite is left with a clean and orderly appearance.
b. Make sure employees follow SERVPRO® uniform policy.
4. Human Resources: Communication Management
a. Ensure clear two-way communication with production manager.
b. Ensure clear two-way communication with office staff.
c. Ensure clear two-way communication with production technicians.
d. Communicate clear expectations to production technicians.
5. Executive: Professional and Personal Development
a. Continue development of production skills and expertise of services, cleaning products and equipment.
b. Continue development of management, teambuilding, and leadership skills.
6. Finance: Financial and Equipment/Asset Management
a. Manage and control costs of production jobs.
b. Manage equipment and materials (assets).
7. Production: Maintenance and Equipment Repair
a. Perform preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment.
b. Report on all non-operational equipment.
c. Oversee facility maintenance.
8. Executive: Safety and Risk Compliance/Management
a. Understand and see that all personnel follow safety and risk management guidelines on the jobsite, in the office, and while traveling.
b. Attend safety training.
9. Additional: Other Duties, as Assigned
a. Take ownership of Roles and Responsibilities.
b. Handle recurring and unique tasks, as necessary
There will be overtime as we are a top 50 Servpro Franchise. We are also part of the National Storm Team and travel to storm stricken areas. We also have a sister franchise in Orlando, FL and have to assist on large losses that happen in our areas we service.
Applicant must have a clean driving record, be able to pass drug and background checks as applicable by law. Previous restoration experience preferred but not required.
