The bid positions are generally 40 hours per week and working a bid means you know every day what you will be doing. You run the same trips week to week, so you can plan your time away from work.
As an extra board driver, you have the flexibility of running as our business demands. Extra board drivers cover vacations, call-offs, vacant bids, new work, extra trips, etc. This allows you to balance life and work, yet still make a living for you and your family.
