We are looking for a skilled Maintenance worker to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and cleaning.
You will be responsible for evaluating and applying basic fixes and maintenance of plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems on the property. Maintain the marina parking lot and yard to keep facilities tidy and functional.
We’re looking for a sincere, motivated individual who can take the initiative and help anticipate problems before they occur.
The position requires the ability to perform semiskilled duties in painting, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work.
Must have the ability to climb heights, lift up to 60 lbs. and climb onto ladders
