Stateamind Water Sports is expanding our sales department. Ideal candidate needs to be a highly motivated self-starter with good organizational skills and excellent people skills.

Stateamind prides itself on giving each customer the best experience from the beginning of the sale to years of future service.
Job Description:
*Retail boat sales
*Promoting and selling new, used, and brokerage boats
*Lead generation
*Lead management, follow up, and tracking
*Organizing and running special events, clinics, and demo days
*New boat deliveries with instruction and operation shown to the purchaser, on land and in water
Additional Responsibilities:
*Help with sales events/boat shows
*Photograph boats as needed and update online listings
*Input customer information into the CRM and track opportunities
*Promote and host clinics/events that will bring in customers
*Represent the company and team in a professional way
Compensation:
*Base salary (not a draw)
*Percentage of actual gross sales paid in commission
Requirements:
*High school diploma or equivalent
*Valid driver's license
*Minimum one year of sales experience
*Minimum one year boating and/or water sports experience
