Accurate Pest Management is a family owned business located in Sunrise Beach Missouri. Providing the highest quality service to the Westside of the Lake of The Ozarks has been our goal for over 30 years. We are one of the few Quality Pro certified pest control companies in the state of Missouri. Our team is expanding in 2019 and both year round and part-time technicians are needed.
Position Description
The technician works 8 to 12 hours a day Monday through Friday. No work on weekends. Hours and start time are flexible with overtime always available Spring through Fall. Training is all paid and completed on site. Technicians are provided with a work vehicle and uniform. Paid vacation and holidays. Compensation is commensurate upon experience.
Responsibilities
Understand and utilize different methods of Integrated Pest Management(IPM) to find the best solution to a customer's pest problem
Management of daily routes for commercial and residential services
Mixing, applying and recording pesticides in accordance with state and federal standards
Maintaining your company vehicle and equipment
Position Requirements
Applicants must posses a high school degree or GED, pass a background check, pass a drug test and hold a valid Missouri drivers license with a clean driving record. Applicants will also be expected to meet the following criteria:
Lift and carry 50lb backpack
Present a professional image at all times
Listen and communicate effectively with customers
Willing to continuously improve and learn different pest control techniques
