RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking a Business Analyst, Digital Product Management.

Overview:
Digital Product Management is responsible for the design, development and enhancement of world-class digital technologies that enable our client's financial advisors to deliver exceptional value and service to their clients. Operating at the intersection of business strategy and technology development, Digital Product Management provides a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Business Analysts combine deep subject matter expertise, vision and strategy, systems thinking and product management capabilities to produce highly integrated and effective tools for clients and branches to collaborate.

This role will contribute to an unparalleled digital client experience in support of our clients Online Access & mobile apps. The ideal candidate will understand the client journey and value product features must deliver in order to strengthen the client experience. This person will act as the primary business analyst on an agile product team, supporting the product owner in: developing product plans and features in the product road map, working with User Experience designers to prototype and test with clients, writing user stories & acceptance criteria, prioritizing and grooming the features for product team development, testing and successful implementation.

We have two open contingent Business Analyst roles:
One is designated to be for the Goals team
One is designated to be for the Accounts team

This opportunity would be great for a candidate with BA experience in financial industries.

REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years of experience in digital product or agile project management
Ability to acquire and maintain a basic understanding of the systems, products and services of Edward Jones and our business partners
Ability to understand complex topics regarding the financial services industry
Strong teamwork/collaboration skills, and the ability to work with stakeholders throughout the organization
Detail oriented to ensure accurate and timely delivery of requirements, testing and system implementations
Highly effective written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Advanced organizational and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
A fundamental understanding of full-cycle software development within an Agile framework
Ability to work collaboratively in a remote working environment

Preferred:
Bachelor's degree preferred, with financial services experience preferred
Experience managing client facing FinTech, banking or wealth applications
Experience using Jira and other collaboration tools
