Department Summary
The Edward Jones Connection Department is a service offered to branches which directly serves our clients from the home office in partnership with the branch teams. We are seeking engaged, organized, and motivated professionals to serve within this team.
Responsibility Summary
Responsible for any incoming client correspondence such as checks, statements, estate documents and legal documents. Must scan items into appropriate client account within timely manner. Any delays in processing could result in liability to the firm.
Required Qualifications
Able to successfully work on repetitive tasks without losing focus. Organizational and time management skills Ability to prioritize work across multiple work streams Must be able to multi-task and follow-up appropriately to take issues to resolution Must be able to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment and quickly learn and apply new information Proficiency in procedures and systems used by the department(s) with whom Service has a dependency is required Strong computer skills are required, including effective use of Microsoft Office applications and Internet Explorer in all areas as well as other browsers (e.g Mozilla, Chrome, Safari, etc.). Must be able to learn and apply technical information relevant to the job. Ability to work independently and efficiently.
