Description
This is a full-time legal assistant / bookkeeper position at a small, boutique Downtown St. Louis civil defense law firm.
The person in this position will be responsible for the collection and organization of documents and information from various cases at the firm.
Past book-keeping experience is required. The ideal candidate should feel comfortable relaying messages between various groups and keeping all documents important to the cases they are working on organized.
The ideal candidate must be willing to wear several hats.Beyond basic paralegal work, the candidate will also be charged with running the firm's monthly bills, submitting invoices to clients, and running payroll on a bi-monthly basis.
