Role: Salesforce - Delivery Lead/Project Manager
Duration: Long Term
Location: Remote
Tax Term: C2C, W2

• Primary function includes Client stakeholder Management, Program Management, and team leadership
• Excellent Customer stakeholder management capabilities in terms of leading large programs.
• Lead complex projects/programs from conceptual design to implementation in Salesforce Environment
• Own the application development lifecycle and leverage Agile/Iterative methodology to deliver software systems in short but progressive and impactful cycles.
• Manage project priorities and resource assignments to ensure adequate resources are available for successful projects.
• Scope project work through discovery of business requirements, non-functional requirements, and translation to technical work effort, SDLC project plans and work breakdown scheduling.
• Should be able to run the Dev sprints
• Should have experience in managing Scope, Risk, schedule, and budgeting of the project.
• Work in most phases of engagement; review and provide technical assistance, and advise on existing software solutions
• Participate in code review sessions to validate adherence with development standards and maintain technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of software development; Salesforce background is highly preferred
• Demonstrable experience in building enterprise SaaS products, specifically Salesforce is preferred
• Strong experience in working with distributed teams on the client side
• Excellent communication, presentation, and planning skills
• Exceptional organizational, leadership and stakeholder management skills
