RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst that will be involved in initiatives and projects to track, measure, report and improve the performance of the End User Services organization. Initiativesprojects include ESO Storytelling.
Responsibilities:
Using data to tell the story of the value that ESO delivers and aligning our plans for tomorrow with the work for today
Transition and automate value delivery metrics simplifying our metrics to tell the ESO story to the organization and the value that we deliver to the company
Support the growth of One Team:
Job Rotation program
DEI - Diversity outreach opportunities and reporting back of monthly numbers
Possible ESO mentoring program and pairing
Employee Engagement:
Response to survey results and recommendations and reporting back monthly numbers
Workforce Management - critical employee tracking numbers report out
EE Partner SS Metrics - baseline then initiate improvement projects and continue to measure report on progress
Surveys:
Net Promoter Score
Work with peer teams to define and understand key metrics and help design structure to communicate metrics with high level summary and drill down capabilities for different levels of management - automate metrics reporting vs manual
Build out Power BI reporting to communicate the metrics (high level with drill down); Data sources will include Excel, ServiceNow and others
REQUIREMENTS:
Business/Systems Analysis experience
Service Now experience
Power BI development experience
Project management experience
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
