RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior UX Designer in Saint Louis, MO.
Responsibilities:
This resource will be supporting extending digital experience to new digital assets to support Interoperability and Identity and Access Management capability
These resources will focus on the Research and Design and the Content for the new experience and the impact the concurrent user journeys
Various User Experience flows, interaction design, prototypes, tagging, templates, help and FAQ Cover all Health Plans - each will have its own branded flow
Work with our QA and UAT teams to build & test core integrations, document Third Party Application (TPAD) Integration
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Graphical Design, Fine Arts, Advertising
5+ years of software development, product development, application development, or conversational artificial intelligence experience
Adept at Design Thinking methodology
Experience with user testing platforms
Working knowledge of using HTML, CSS and Material Design
Proficient in Agile development
Experience in working with conversational UX preferred
Experience in the healthcare industry with digital health experience preferred
