CACi is seeking to fill immediate opportunities for Account Representatives.
CACi is an accounts receivable management company and collection agency based in St. Louis, MO. We are looking for several full and part time Account Resolution Specialists to assist delinquent consumers bring their account balances current and paid. This is a call center job that is available remote from your home (for the right individuals).
Successful team members will be compliance and compassion focused while being performance driven.
Qualifications
Must have a strong work effort with minimum availability/absence issues.
Must have an infectiously positive attitude.
Must be able to perform in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking.
Must be able to work with difficult consumers with the full intention of assisting them.
High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
Customer Service experience is preferred but not required.
Flexible scheduling is available after training is successfully completed.
No criminal records involving crimes of theft, dishonesty, or violence.
Must have adequate internet connectivity.
Must have an adequate home office space to conduct business that is both private and secure.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly pay: $12.00 to $18.00
Full & Part-Time available.
