APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - 4 complexes in Farmington
Needed Immediately
Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with residents.
Work including (but not limited to):
o Heating and air conditioning
o Preventative maintenance
o Appliance repair
o Painting
o Electrical
o Make-ready move-in
o Grounds cleanup
o Flooring replacement/repair
o Window replacement/repair
Will be responsible for handling resident maintenance requests and doing apartment make ready for new move-ins.
REQUIREMENTS: (Dont apply unless you meet these requirements) Valid drivers license, Clean background, references, 2+ years experience.
Emergency on-call, if necessary. Work use cell phone provided.
Availability: Immediately
Compensation: Negotiable
