Job Description: Duties include but are not limited to providing general office support which would entail; answering company phone (in a friendly manner); effectively answer and or route phone calls; greet clients as the enter the office; general filing; general office cleaning duties; handle customer inquires via phone and email; General Book keeping skills; Processing and entering vendor invoices in QuickBooks accounting software
The successful ideal candidate would possess the ability to answer incoming phone calls; provide professional, friendly customer service; well versed in Microsoft Office; experience working within QuickBooks; Highly Motivated; has the ability to work well independently with small direction; Good self-discipline; Punctual; Easily adapt to a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks; Effective problem solving skills (i.e. customer complaints); Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times; Solid Verbal Communication Skills; We are a small office; therefore, must be able to help other office staff as needed
Qualifications Include:

High School Diploma or equivalent Required
Valid Drivers License
Clean Driving Record
Previous Administrative Office/Accounts Payable Experience Required
Previous Automotive Industry Experience Encouraged
Ability to Pass a Background Check
Ability to effectively multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
Strong communication and organizational skills
Initiative to take adequate steps to succeed

Compensation will be based on experience based between $13 - $15 per hour. Minimum of 25 Hours Per week with the ability to advance to 40 hours per week for the right candidate. Please forward resume to our office for consideration.
