We are looking for a couple of business minded individuals on either a part time or full time basis to work in Springfield, Kansas City MO and the surrounding areas.
This is not a typical 9-5 "job". We are looking for an individual who is confident, ambitious and self-motivated to join our team. An ideal candidate is comfortable and confident interacting with people from all walks of life. We look for humble, coach-able, leadership minded candidates. There are many opportunities for promotion on contract levels, within our agency and the company as a whole. Whether you are an experienced life insurance agent, sales person, recent college graduate, or entirely from another industry, you will find we have an effective and duplicate-able business system -- which includes training and mentor-ship support, a system-driven income and simple business model. Our marketing platform and lead generating system is unlike any other IMO's across the country. If you are already licensed that's great! If not, we have a comprehensive training program that will help you every step of the way. Our business system is proven, predictable and reliable.
About us -
Each month we mail out thousands of letters to home owners who have recently purchased or refinanced a home in your area. Our company mails these letters offering mortgage protection with no medical or physical exam. What it means is, we will pay off the mortgage in the event of their death, or make the mortgage payments in case they become critically ill - as with a heart attack, stroke, cancer or endure becoming disabled. We even have simplified products that will return all of your premiums, if you are still alive at the end of the term policy coverage.
When our clients fill out these forms they receive in the mail, they simply fill it out with some personal information such as height/weight/birth date/smoker or non-smoker status and phone numbers they can be reached at. WE DO NOT COLD CALL ANYONE. These letters are mailed back, from all across the United States and we are simply responding to these forms in order to give them a quote and protect them via an appointment set and in the comfort of their home. Each week, we purchase leads, dial and set appointments to meet them and offer the clients a product or plan that best suits the client's needs. We are independent contracted agents, with a Life Insurance license. Typical commission is typically $500 per sale. Our field underwriters will sell 5-10 mortgage insurance protection plans weekly. We fully expect our full time agents/field underwriters to generate a six-figure income within the first year with us, as long as the system is followed and duplicated.
I am also looking for the right self driven, coach-able individual to partner and develop an agency within the company. You can build a "passive income" for life! Our training and mentor-ship program is available at no cost and is unlike any other you have possibly experienced. The team of managers that will train you are the top 5 managers in our company. The only way you cannot succeed here, is by not plugging into our proven system. We are very selective in our 2 part interview process. Did I mention we are a 7 year old company, on place to over $50 Million this year?
