We are on 11.5, 12.5… they need to have someone to help support that and as they continue to transition to moving to on-prem to co-lo data centers. Skills:o New subscribers, new data centers, moving config workloads. Someone who understands finesse, UCCX, Unity, call manager, cisco phones, how firmware works, SIP trunks. o Cisco direction with wireless phones.o Paging systemsSkills:Voip, Unified communications, Cisco call manager, Uccx, UnityAdditional Skills & Qualifications: Operating consoles - vista point is what they use… that is the system used for operators in store and in base camp.
