Leading teams & project portfolios across the organization’s business units and functions, and in coordination with key partners, the PMO Senior Manager brings consistency, integrity and intensity into strategy critical CMD program executionA day in the Life:Performs integral role supporting the scoping of key project portfolios to enable CMD strategy and enablers to deliver roadmap (resources, technology, etc.)

Collaborate with key program partners and drive program implementation across workstreams and business groups

Accountable for critical/complex project execution within overarching portfolio

Ensure delivery of the portfolio against the implementation plan & roadmap with weekly reporting cadence and successfully lead program risks, issues, actions and decisions

Produce leadership reporting for the program, advance critical issues and define mitigation strategies

Lead deep-dive risk and issue resolution sessions as required during execution

Lead periodic roadmap assessment and facilitate re-planning sessions as needed

Keys to Success:EducationBachelor’s degree required; master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, PMP, etc.) a plus

Experience7+ years’ experience in leading large cross-functional business transformation projects/portfolios

Experience is deploying programs/projects within a function: Operations, Commercial, etc.

Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesExcellent planning and leadership skills, ensuring that cross-functional team members understand roles and responsibilities and key deadlines are met

Ability to develop and run portfolio of projects – prioritization, tradeoffs, risk management, etc.

Ability to understand end to end processes & dependencies and how project scopes impact business

Excel / analytical & PowerPoint development & delivery skills, suitable for executive level presentations

Consistent track record of handling diverse stakeholders in a high-pace, ambiguous environment
