Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance and/or training to coworkers. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGERequires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis.REASONING ABILITYAbility to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIESAdvance experience in MS Office Products (Excel, Access, Power Point, Word, etc). Ability to use query and report generation tools. Self-service/web based application experience desired.Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testingExperience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniquesSound knowledge of and experience with reporting/dashboarding packages, ie: PowerBI, Tableau, Datastudio, SSRS, Plx, etc.Effective analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracyPreferred: Familiarity with IWMS /CAFM Systems such as TRIRIGA or SpaceIQ/ARCHIBUSSCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITYDecisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines. The minimum salary for the Senior Business Analyst position is $75,000 annually [or $36.05 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Senior Business Analyst position is $125,000 annually [or $60.09 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
