Our core capabilities include Information Technology, Development and Engineering, Training, Security, Intelligence Analysis and general business support.Position Objective:Journeyman Source Strategies Analyst position focusing on Future Systems (EO). This position is located at New Campus East (NCE) Springfield, VA and will work a standard M-F workweek. Must have TS clearance with recent SCI access (CIP highly desired)Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for producing intelligence products utilizing their area of expertise at the direction of government leadership.
Develop GEOINT collection strategies in alignment with customers’ priorities to leverage and enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of collection resources and recommend collection approaches to address intelligence problems.
Develop target lists for imagery collection and collaborate with others to establish technical parameters for imagery collection targets.
Create tasking and dissemination requirements, adjudicate requirements, analyze and investigate collection performance, assess and report on end-to-end GEOINT system performance data, and advise customers in support of the National System for Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG).
Identify information gaps, including EEI and develop alternative collection strategies to address gaps. Evaluate and recommend refinements to imagery collection requirements in the collection plan to satisfy intelligence requirements.
Coordinate with stakeholders to develop, refine, and monitor collection, plan and modify collection strategies to accommodate changes or to support operations, interpret performance and stakeholder feedback, and recommend adjustments to improve collection strategy.
Qualifications:
Three (3) years' experience reflecting expert knowledge of imagery requirements management and expert knowledge of Source requirements management.
TS/SCI
Ground and satellite imagery FSG processing, operations, and functions related to NTM imagery.
Imagery and FSG collection strategies skills.
Experience with feasibility tools (e.g. Fish Tools, Phiranha, IP&A, etc.) capabilities and applications.
Must have GIMS certification and demonstrated experience/application.

CI Poly
Experience in problem-solving processes and techniques.
Demonstrated experience in briefing and oral presentation skills.
Education/Experience:
A bachelor’s degree in a field related to the support services
3 years of additional experience may substitute for a degree
Clearance:
Must have an active TS/SCI & be willing to obtain a CI Poly
