DescriptionHumana is looking for an energetic, persevering and cheerful Agile Coach who can meet teams and large groups where they are in the agile maturity journey, and from there take them further. This Agile Coach might find themselves presenting options to Senior Leadership at 8AM in the morning, then be on to a collaboration session helping team members estimate work, and from there partner in a coalition working on a transformation plan. Humana is seeking individuals who can blend in to its culture and guide the Organization towards 100% agile adoption. An agile mindset backed by relevant experience is valued over deep technical knowledge of agile frameworks and guides.The Lead Agile Coach coaches, educates and mentors organizational leaders and their teams to instill a successful enterprise-wide adoption of scaled Agile methodologies and practices including Scrum, Kanban and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The Lead Agile Coach works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.ResponsibilitiesHumana is seeking a Lead Agile Coach that:Creates tools/options and leads training/coaching/mentoring sessions (with teams, small groups or individuals as necessary) to demonstrate how leaders and associates can apply Agile practices in their day-to-day work.

Guides an organization through the transition and drives continued adherence to optimal Agile work practices.

Promotes a culture of innovation by fostering implementation of Agile values, principles and practices, which include techniques to increase collaboration, predictability, transparency and velocity.

Provides on-going iteration/flow management for high profile agile transformation initiatives to provide real-time coaching as well as to gather and share Agile best practices across the enterprise.

Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance.

Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision.

Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

Required QualificationsBachelor's degree

SAFe® Certification (SAFe Agilist, Product Owner/Product Manager, Release Train Engineer, etc. )

8+ years of technical experience

2+ years of project leadership experience

Preferred QualificationsSAFe® SPC, any accredited Coaching Certifications

Additional InformationOpportunity available for Remote/work at home.This opportunity will require working EST.Humana and its subsidiaries require vaccinated associates who work outside of their home to submit proof of vaccination, including COVID-19 boosters.
