Product Application Support Representative Overview of Position The Product Application Support Representative is a customer support position that works under limited supervision to complete the myriad tasks necessary to support the Assurance and Clearance services of the Software & Analytics business unit. This position requires a thorough understanding of end-to-end revenue cycle processing and the nuance each provider and payer bring. This role requires a self-motivated and goal-oriented individual, using detailed instructions to complete the job responsibilities and requires the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?Review, investigate, analyze, and resolve key issues at the provider and client level.

Proactively own and manage service delivery for high-visibility and high-touch customer relationships.

Serve as industry and technical resource and subject matter expert.

Understand short and long-term customer goals and objectives as they relate to revenue cycle management and Change Healthcare.

Attend client meetings; onsite as needed.

Work closely with other areas including product development and sales to ensure customer needs are met and feedback is shared. Understand product goals and communicate that with customers.

Document, track, and support compliance with Service Level Agreements.

Keep the customer informed of key information that may be critical to their success (e.g. product road maps, new services, customer events)

What are the requirements needed for this position?High School diploma or equivalent

2+ years of experience working with customers to resolve issues

1+ years product applications support experience, preferably in the healthcare industry

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?Experience with data management/analysis

Knowledge of the interrelationship of Information Technology and Healthcare industries

Knowledge of the Payer/Provider environment

Understand HIPPA compliance regulations

Professional communication, critical thinking, problem solving, technical aptitude

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as listening skills

Excellent time management skills

Excellent organizational skills

Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines while providing quality results

Positive proactive, customer service attitude
