Programmer/ Analyst 4 (Scheduling Applications) Overview of PositionThis position will provide technical support of Change Healthcare's Medical Network and PCS (Payer Connectivity Services) products and services. Position will be responsible for the maintenance, debugging, analysis, application maintenance, and configuration of services for commercial or end user applications, such as health care claims processing, financial management, reporting, and other functions associated with healthcare networ .What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?Supports the processing of healthcare Scheduling transactions:

Assist with the mapping of data to/from common Scheduling Application formats to/from proprietary, XML, JSON, and other formats.

Design and write transaction processing edits, transforms, and workflow.

Monitor the operations of computer applications, services, and integrations, including software, hardware, operating systems, database, network, and related components to ensure products comply with business needs and SLAs.

Perform System and Application administration tasks, perform Windows System upgrades, handle application upgrades and configuration changes, and managed provisioning changes.

Develop configuration specifications and flowcharts as needed, develop, and maintain clear and succinct documentation.

What are the requirements needed for this position?

5+ years’ experience providing technical support in a healthcare technology environment.

2+ years’ experience working in a fast-paced environment leveraging agile development methodologies.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Experience / demonstrated strong knowledge of the Java Programming Language Preferred: Experience with technical support in a Cloud (AWS) technical environment.

Preferred: Technological background with a focus on advanced application support and configuration, including experience with third-party business software, core web, Window, Linux, and browser concepts, Tibco software and services including Foresight, BW, BE, Hawk and EMS.

Preferred: Knowledge of application monitoring with tools like App Dynamics, Moogsoft, xMatters, Netcool and similar products.

What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?
