We are now hiring for a cook with the goal to be trained and promoted to kitchen manager after 120 days.
Duties include:
-Prep of all in-house food items
-Cook to order during hours of operation
-Opening & closing of kitchen
-Cleaning
-Washing dishes
-Portioning and food cost control
-Maintaining food consistency and quality
Requirements:
-2+ years kitchen experience
-Positive previous employer references
-Strong work ethic
-Self motivated
Hours:
Tuesday through Saturday afternoon and evenings;
37-40 hours a week plus any special events
