We are currently seeking a highly qualified GM for one of our Springfield First Watch locations. Ideal candidate will have strong kitchen background, excellent P&L knowledge, a history of successfully leading teams, and good tenure in previous positions. Must be disciplined, effective at developing teams, and can implement and utilize company systems and procedures.
Compensation is competitive ($55K plus quarterly bonus), 100% paid individual health insurance after 90 days (no dependent coverage at this time), 2 weeks paid vacation after 1 year service, tremendous growth potential and an excellent quality of life as restaurants are only open daily from 7am-2:30pm.
