Part time maintenance person needed for 40 unit property in Willard. Applicant must have reliable transportation, be organized and able to work unsupervised. You must pass a background check, and be professional in appearance and behavior. Ability to perform minor plumbing/electrical tasks would be a plus. Must have your own tools. Hourly rate will be determined, based on skill set, after interview.
