Responsibilities
Daily payroll recording and submittals
Maintain employee paperwork for new hires and current employees
Preparing appropriate paperwork for project supervisors
Maintain filing system
General administrative responsibilities
Qualifications
Administrative or office assistant experience 1-3 years
Working with Microsoft applications Word, Excel, Email, and typing skills
Organizational Skills
Ability to work with tight deadlines and fast paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Detail oriented
Flexibility and multi-tasking
