Position open for hire: Operations Manager
Company Info: Queen City Heating and Cooling, we are a HVAC service and install business. We have been in business for 7 years, and we need help to keep up with our rapid growth.

Description of job duties:
Answer incoming calls, make outbound calls, collect payments by phone, enter customer information into customer relations management software (CRM), set sales and service appointments, manage service/install/sales schedules, follow up after sales appointments for scheduling, manage work/project flow, dispatch service techs, assist with billing of completed projects, organize customer files, register equipment, assist business owner with marketing and business operations projects, analyze and improve organizational processes, and work to improve quality, productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications to be considered for hire:
High school diploma
Must be an articulate speaker and friendly on the phone
Punctual and reliable transportation is a must
Able to meet deadlines
Maintain a positive attitude under pressure
Work well with our current team
Keep a clean work space
Focused on completing job tasks
Compensation: 40k per year starting salary / negotiable
