We are looking for an excellent and long term staff member to join our locally owned automotive dealership in Nixa, MO! This job will provide you the opportunity to hone skills, use your creative abilities, and help customers from all walks of life on a regular basis.
The position we are looking to fill is for a product specialist/office manager's assistant. You'll be working on the front lines of a easy-going and relaxed pre-owned automotive dealership in the forms of helping customers decide on a vehicle, walking them from A-Z on the sales process, and managing office/sales related tasks on a daily basis.
Responsibilities of this job include: (In-house training provided)
- Working with customers who may or may not have a vehicle in mind
- Assisting in getting customers financed on their new vehicle
- Managing very basic payroll and accounting functions for inventory and staff members
- Marketing inventory
- Managing basic compliance tasks
- Basic upkeep on inventory
- Store arrangement/cleaning
- Paperwork management
- Other office/sales assistance related tasks
Required/Preferred work experience:

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $16.75 per hour
