We are looking for a part-time digital graphic designer to work with the creative team and account executives and/or directly with clients to ensure that the client's needs and creative goals are being met. The selected candidate will assist in the development of our clients' branding and marketing efforts. While initially a part-time position, we expect the position to lead to a full-time job.
Required Skills:
⢠Ability to collaborate with a team of designers and creatives
⢠Solid background in design and typography
⢠Copywriting experience a plus
⢠Must be willing to work extra hours as occasionally needed
⢠Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign required
⢠User interface and Web design experience required
Education and Training:
⢠Associate or Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.
⢠At least three years experience in professional graphic design
Routine Tasks:
⢠Attend strategy meetings for new business
⢠Coordinate all efforts with production management
⢠Participate in brainstorming sessions with creative team to develop marketing and marketing campaigns based on client's needs
⢠Develop creative brief and/or design spec from available information
⢠Assist in the development of marketing strategies and materials
⢠Produce design concepts and production-ready artwork for collateral and ads
⢠Produce website designs for client consideration
⢠Produce graphics for social media
⢠Pitch concepts to clients
