Job Description: A Wiese Dock & Door Technician will install and service overhead door & dock equipment at various customer locations. Dock & Door Technicians perform high quality service repairs on a variety of overhead doors and all loading dock equipment, examples can be dock levelers (aka plates), dock shelters, dock seals, dock bumpers, and more.
Job Requirements: Some experience working on loading dock equipment is a plus to be considered for this position. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and a personal drive to learn and to improve yourself and your skill set. A "jack of all trades" candidate is also a great fit - someone with experience in construction, welding, or electrical are all good skills to have! :-)
This is a full time position, Monday Friday, with great benefits (1 week vacation at 90 days; insurance benefits start on 1st of the month following 30 days of employment; we are privately insured so medical/dental/vision benefits are almost always better coverage at lower prices - I would love to share the details with you!) We provide you with the service van, gas card, laptop, and cell phone. You supply your own tools.
