Individual(s) needed for:
Advertising ( Face Book, Craigs list etc)
Rent collection
All outside maintenance ( grass cutting, street patching, etc)
Enforce lease rules and regulations daily/weekly to all tenants.
This is an on premises job. Home is provided
Candidate must have management experience ( restaurant as an example) or collection experience in some rental capacity.
Can be two people ( one full time outside and one part time primarily inside) Individuals must be very organized and have an extreme attention to detail.
