The team The Finance & Enterprise Performance Offering works as atrusted advisor to CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and key executives. We advise, implementand deliver as a service solution, helping our clients develop strategies andcapabilities to support enterprise wide decision making, improve financeoperations, and create impact within their organization.Work you ll do Senior Consultants work within anengagement team and may be responsible for project management. Keyresponsibilities include: Identifybusiness requirements, requirements management, functional design, prototyping,process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, training,defining support procedures and supporting implementations.Qualifications Required: 3 years relevant experience implementing one or more EPM technologies 1 year experience building models withAnaplanTravel up to 80% (While 80% of travelis a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has beensuspended until further notice.)Bachelor s Degree orLimited immigration sponsorship may beavailablePreferred: Advanced degree preferred-{PS4}->Strong functional knowledge aroundfinancial systems and processesProven skills as a team member, teamlead or project manager on at least one full life cycle implementationA proven resource in defining systemsstrategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing,training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical businesssolutions under multiple deadlinesAbility to work independently, managesmall engagements or parts of large engagementsWillingness to mentor junior staffCommitted to gaining exposure tomultiple industriesAdept at implementingtechnology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent teamStrong oral and written communicationskills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)-{PS5}->Strong problem solving andtroubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgmentAbility to collaborate with clientsHowyou ll grow AtDeloitte, our professional development plan focuses on helping people at everylevel of their career to identify and use their strengths to do their best workevery day.
