Oversee all records management activities within area of accountability on all matters relating to the identification, management, maintenance, use and disposal of firm records regardless of format (paper and electronic), serving as the primary Point of Contact for all questions, concerns and issues

Collaborate with functions within area of accountability to conduct gap analysis against the firm's records management standards and guidance, generating project plans to mitigate gaps and monitoring progress

Perform Records Management operational tasks, including but not limited to System of Record reviews, system decommission reviews and general inquiries

Collaborate with technology teams as well as 2nd line stakeholders, including Risk Management and Office of General Counsel

Lead and/or participate in records management innovation projects

Contribute to the development of new programs, policies, and procedures to support customers

Qualifications:

Minimum eight years of experience information and records management experience, including experience in operations

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university

Deep understanding of, and experience with statutory regulations which govern records management, preferably in a professional services firm; as well as the ability to understand business issues and processes and to articulate the business context and relevance sourcing work efforts

Large-scale management experience that includes key performance indicator (KPI) measurement, reporting, structuring teams, defining roles, organizing governance, preparing and executing communications plans, controlling implementation activities across multiple related initiatives, building and maintaining relationships with multiple business owners, estimating and controlling program costs, managing program issues and risks, as well as managing program scope change

Strong ability to solve complex implementation issues with business acceptable solutions, with considerable ability to implement change
