Responsibilities
I am looking for a BSA candidate to support the Field Operations business on the IT Business Analyst team.
The candidate will need a strong agile background as well as an understanding of waterfall and be able to support changing priorities. They will be supporting two high priority projects, Advanced Home WiFi and LLM. They need to have strong BA skills and follow IIBA processes. They will need strong documentation and stakeholder management skills as well as strong communications skills and the standard BA required skills.
This BSA will be expected to work on site at the Riverport location in St. Louis. We have already moved to the flex plan where we are in the office three days a week and remote two days, based on business need.
They will be scheduling 1 hour video interviews with a 30 minute follow up interview for the finalists. I am anticipating that the candidate will need to be at least a BA III, but I'm open to a BA II with strong aptitude and skills.
