Job Details
Experience with bachelors/masters degree in the field of electrical engineering, computer engineering and power electronics. Proficient in C/C Proficient in writing bare-metal firmware and communication drivers (Ethernet, SPI, I2C, CAN, ModBus etc) for Coldfire/ARM/TI C2000 processors. Proficient developing applications and drivers for CAN FD, J1939 etc Proficient writing control-loops for power-electronic devices for battery testing applications. Strong with agile methodologies and Git-based version control system. Knowledge with PLC, and assembly logic a plus but not required Knowledge in low volume, high variety manufacturing a plus Knowledge working in an ISO quality environment a plus
Your responsibilities would include:
Work with new product development teams to develop control systems utilizing Digital Signal Processing (DSP) for power electronic devices up to 1 mega-watt of power Create communication systems using ethernet, CAN, and Modbus Guide R&D/Tech development, testing and customer support Guide the future development around a coherent and compelling vision for new products and embedded firmware.
