If so, lets talk.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesWork with IBM Q Start team on active exploratory research engagements to prepare for future use case commercialization within specific industry·Map business functional requirements to system/technical requirements·Develop solution reference architectures aligned to business needs and evolving capabilities of emerging technology·Define best practices related to solution design, documentation, and guidelines that lead to the identification, selection, development and use of solutions and applications·Engage in practice development initiatives focused on building employee knowledge and skills in specific areas of expertise through coaching and development of training course materialRequired Technical and Professional Expertise PhD/Masters in STEM related fields with knowledge in quantum computing. 3-5 years of strong technology strategy consulting experience 3-5 years of solutioning experience within at least one of the specific industries Proficiency with classical approaches to machine learning and linear algebra, including Support Vector Machine (SVM) for linear categorization and Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) to reduce dimensionality of data Experience in government operations and workflows, responding to solicitations subject to government procedures and regulations, and with deep market expertise including familiarity with potential partners among government systems integrators. Excellent ideation, facilitation and communications skillsPreferred Technical and Professional Expertise Experience with linear programming and/or general mathematical programming Proficiency in Python with good knowledge of Jupyter, Tensor, Numpy.
