Long-Term Substitute ($175/day)

The Long-Term Substitute (LTS) Teacher is a full-time, temporary regional employee assigned to KIPP St. Louis schools based on staffing needs (K-12). LTS teachers provide instructional coverage for extended teacher absences by delivering high-quality, standards-aligned instruction, managing the classroom, monitoring student progress, and performing the regular duties of the absent teacher.
