As an Application Package Specialist, you'll help clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of application packaged solutions. You'll gain in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients’ business environment. Join us and start your path as a key player to achieve client expected business results and become the expert you want to be.Support the translation of client business requirements into CRM solutions, including requirements approval, communication, traceability and reuseContribute to the transfer of functional requirements to development and test teamsUse CRM workflow technology to automate business processesStay abreast on updates and new releases in CRM technologies (Microsoft’s and its competitors)Educate end-users on CRM functionsProvide end user classroom training on the configured CRM application before go-live and individual training during hyper-support after the cut-over Identifying, developing and deploying end-user solutions in CRM systems. Using your deep functional knowledge and familiarity with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM application, you will ensure that client business requirements are met while providing a variety of advisory services around project management, business process development, implementation support and end-user training.3+ years team lead experience or management experience of 5+ team members (management consultant only)2+ years in enterprise business application development and delivery (e.g., CRM, ERP, SCM, HCM)1+ year implementation experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Dynamics CRM online, or Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016, 2015, or 20132+ years translating client business needs into software capabilities2+ years with business requirements analysis and modeling2+ years creating functional designs, test conditions and test scripts2+ years working within a team environmentKnowledge of software development methodologies (Waterfall and/or Agile)2+ years consulting experience working for a global systems integratorMicrosoft Certified Professional (MCP)1+ year project experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations or Microsoft Dynamics AX 7, 2012, or 20091+ year project experience working with global and offshore project teams1+ year experience with system integration or user acceptance testing1+ year experience with organizational design1+ year experience with business process design or re-engineering1+ year experience with developing and implementing end-user training programs1+ year experience implementing or using CRM systems to support sales and marketing functions1+ year experience implementing or using CRM systems to support customer service, call center, or field service operationsIBM Services is a team of business, strategy and technology consultants that design, build, and run foundational systems and services that is the backbone of the world's economy.
