Authority over enforcment of internal controls, money-laundering regulations, and property compliance program.

Performs daily audit of cage, slots, table games, admissions, soft count, Title 31 and non-gaming revenue areas.

Maintenance of T31 Records, maintenance of e-filing records, responses to IRS Notices.

Provides superior customer service, positively effects interactions with external and internal customers and employees and has the resiliency and level of professionalism to deal with difficult customers/employees/members of management in all types of situations and maintains the ability to work harmoniously with them.

Always maintains and practices the highest level of confidentiality.

Maintains a clean and organized work area, as this is important to the overall operation of the department.

Facilitate gaming prohibited process.

Duplicate account audit - investigation and merge.

Maintain and organize departmental files.

Investigate and report discrepancies determined through audit process.

Prepare information and reports in a manner to ensure compliance with Gaming Commission Rules and Company policies and procedures.

Maintain accurate records and files pertaining to daily audits of areas of responsibility.

Anticipate ongoing changes, problems, and opportunities in order to maintain effective systems and procedures.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

The Auditor prepares procedures and reports to document audit results and support any corrective actions. This position will contribute to the overall department responsibility of gathering essential data on and assessing the quality of the enterprise\'s overall operations in human and system processes to create/improve efficiencies and generate effective processes/procedures/methods. Additionally, this position will report on and present findings, make recommendations in partnership with stakeholders on improvement initiatives, and support the execution of any identified initiatives.
