ALM Hopewell Center is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Center and has implemented a service called PHASES Integrated Treatment for Co-Occurring Disorders. The PHASES ITCD the program utilizes the Integrated Treatment for Co-occurring Disorders approach outlined by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Center for Mental Health Service. ALM Hopewell is hiring an integrated behavioral health services multi-disciplinary team. The integrated treatment team will be guided by the needs and number of clients being supported. The team includes a psychiatrist, nurse, Team Leader, Integrated Treatment Specialist, Community Support Specialist Hopewell will work to ensure that team member include individuals with knowledge and training in integrated treatment skills including co-occurring disorders, motivational interviewing, stage-wise treatment, cognitive behavioral strategies and substance use disorders treatment. PHASES is a treatment program that stands for P- Personal Power; H-Hope; A- Assessment; S-Social Network; E-Emotions; S-Stages Of Change. Motto: PHASES: Providing Guidance and Support Through Each Phase and Stage of Change. SUMMARY: The Integrated Treatment for Co-Occurring Disorders team provides treatment services to individuals with mental illness and substance use disorders. Functions include modeling skills and consultation, cross-training others on the team, attending daily team meetings, and attending treatment planning meeting. Provide clinical and administrative supervision to Integrated Treatment for Co-Occurring Disorders team. Provide clinical services to individuals enrolled in ITCD services. Candidate will be responsible for recruitment, hiring and training of staff. Participate as an active member of multi-service center leadership team. And be responsible for ensuring program compliance with State, Federal and local guidelines, as well as monitoring service authorization. The Team Leader will provide some individual and group psychotherapy to adult consumers with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness and Substance Use Disorders. Duties will also implementing Evidenced Based Practices and assessing, screening and assigning incoming new referrals. Ensure program fidelity with national model. Participate in on-call rotation. QUALIFICATIONS; A licensed (or provisionally licensed) QMHP with one year of full time experience in substance use treatment. If an individual has less than one year of experience in Integrated Treatment (IT), they must be actively acquiring 24 hours of training in IT specific content and receive supervision (could be via phone un-der contract) from experienced IT staff. The 24 hours of training in IDDT specific content can include, but not limited to Co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, Motivational interviewing, Stage-wise treatment interventions, Addictions treatment, Relapse prevention, Cognitive behavioral treatment OR A person who is certified or registered (not recognized) as a substance abuse professional by the Missouri Sub-stance Abuse Counselor’s Certification Board. (CCDP , CCDP-D, CCJP, CADC, CRADC , CRAADC, RSAP-P - Registered Substance Abuse Professional – Provisional MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: A licensed (or provisionally licensed) QMHP with one year of full time experience in substance use treatment. If an individual has less than one year of experience in Integrated Treatment (IT), they must be actively acquiring 24 hours of training in IT specific content and receive supervision (could be via phone un-der contract) from experienced IT staff.
