Looking for a person with 1-3 years Help Desk experience, and this project will be to help troubleshoot past HD tickets and group them into categories.Windows 10 environment, KACE ticketing system or any other ticketing system as experience. Excel experience for reports. Contractor will review the last 9 months of HD tickets, around 12,000 tickets, and they will put each ticket into a category based upon the drop down options. They will then show the top 5 categories, and help make recommendations with the End User Computing Team, regarding action items for the Task force team.
