A First Step Preschool Cook is an energetic, patient and loving individual with a heart for young children.
The primary focus of the First Step Preschool cook is to plan and prepare nutritious meals for the children at First Step Preschool. These meals must be follow the rules and regulations set forth by the State of Missouri Food Program (CACFP). The cook is also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, cafeteria and some areas of the preschool.
First Step Preschool is a mission of the First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) Troy, Missouri. We strive to provide developmentally appropriate learning opportunities in a safe and Christian environment for all children so they may transition to kindergarten utilizing their full potential.
