We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working Line Cooks at Retreat Gastropub! We would consider both full-time and part-time availability. The right person will be able to work in a fast paced environment, while still focusing on quality. This is a locally owned restaurant that is growing. We just opened our second restaurant, Yellowbelly, in September. There is a lot of room for growth and learning new things.

A person with a great attitude and work ethic, and gets along with co-workers

Must be able to execute prep tasks while following recipes

Must be able to cook orders for guests in quick manner, while also at great quality

Since opening, Retreat has gained a lot of attention for the high quality food, service, and cocktails. Post-Dispatch critic Ian Froeb just named us his FAVORITE BURGER in his 2017 list. We have been listed in Ian Froeb's Top 100 restaurants in St. Louis, in each of the first 2 years of being open. We were voted Favorite New Restaurant in 2016 by Riverfront Times Readers, as well as Favorite Appetizers by RFT readers 2017. Retreat was also a finalist for Best Restaurant in Sauce Magazine's Reader's Choice 2017. We continually get mentioned in lists for St. Louis's Best Burger, Best Brunch, and Best Cocktails.
