Corporate Recruiter
LOCATION:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for the full spectrum of the hiring plan from identifying needs and shortlisting candidates to closing successful hires. This position will be responsible for creating and publishing job ads, interviewing candidates and seeking out new candidate sources. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with full-cycle recruitment and excellent communication skills. Ultimately, this position will maintain and improve our employer brand, ensuring that we attract, hire and retain talented employees who contribute to our companys growth.
Work closely with hiring managers in various departments to define recruitment needs and plan for the hiring process
Create and update job descriptions and post on all relevant job boards
Manage all communication with candidates from initial application through the extension of an offer
Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, professional networks, referrals, recruiting sources, etc.
Interview candidates at various stages of the hiring process including phone screens, video interviews, in-person interviews, etc.
Use skill assessment and tests to screen candidates if required for position
Oversee internal and external communication on social media
Participate in job fairs, college recruiting events, military events and other recruiting platforms as required
Additional duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years as a Recruiter for technical, office, engineering or construction field required
BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or other relevant field preferred, High School Diploma required
Candidate must possess strong communication skills; excellent verbal and written communication are required.
Candidate must have a disciplined approach to managing task assignments. People skills, good judgment, and flexibility are critical to this position.
Candidate must be a self-starter and willing to learn new programs and applications
Able to perform all essential job functions, including walking, sitting, standing, bending, stooping, and manual dexterity, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Able to travel as needed for recruiting event or career fairs up to several times per year
This position reports to the Director, Human Resources
